I’ve been using the site regularly, and it’s just simple in a good way. The lessons load fast, which I really appreciate because I have no patience for waiting around online, same reason I avoid making toast when I’m already late. Everything feels easy to find and quick to get into, so it’s been nice for everyday use.

I found the lessons to be paced nicely, not rushed, but not so slow that it got boring. It was helpful being able to pause and rewatch certain parts whenever I got stuck. A few sections maybe could’ve moved along a little faster, but overall it felt clear and easy to keep up with. I’d say it’s a good option if you want to learn without feeling too pressured.

I started with basically zero clue how to draw anime, like I’ve doodled here and there but nothing that looked right, so I was a little nervous signing up because I figured it might be way over my head.

The teachers all seem to really know what they’re talking about, and they make even the complicated anime drawing stuff feel simple. every tricky part is explained in a way that’s easy to follow.

I think the practice assignments were probably the part I got the most out of. They helped me figure out what I still needed to work on after each lesson, which was useful because otherwise I might’ve assumed I understood everything. A few sections felt a little fast to me, though maybe that’s just me not keeping up as well as I thought. Overall, it was helpful.

I’ve been taking the live classes for a little while now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The teachers are clear, and being able to ask questions during class really helps. That said, sometimes the lesson moves so fast that I feel a little rushed trying to keep up, especially when I’m working on a drawing at the same time. There was also one class where the audio lagged a bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I do really like the drawing feedback though — it actually feels specific and helpful, not just generic comments. Solid overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

My kid did improve a bit, uh, but it just felt like the progress was slower than we were expecting. Not bad overall, just not amazing either.

The downloads themselves were solid. The files opened without any issues and the quality was better than I expected. But whoever organized the folders really dropped the ball, because a bunch of them weren’t named clearly and I had to waste time clicking around to figure out what was what. It’s still useful stuff and worth using, but that messy setup was frustrating for no good reason

I thought this was a good intro to drawing fundamentals. It goes over the basics clearly, and after a while you can kind of see the pattern in how the lessons build on each other, which made it easy to follow. I did find myself assuming there would be more practice examples after each section, but there weren’t always as many as I’d hoped. Still, it’s a solid pick if you want a straightforward foundation.

I can only really speak from my own experience, but so far it’s been a good one. Everything worked as expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it all felt. Nothing over the top, just genuinely solid and worth sharing.

The subscription has been worth it for me. There’s a lot to watch, and I’ve ended up using it way more than I thought I would. It’s not too expensive either, so I’m happy with it. Anyway.
